Nutritionpath is the private practice of Annette Low, an Accredited Dietitian, Nutritionist, and Naturopath. Annette is committed to helping people to optimise their health and wellbeing through comprehensive nutrition assessment, personalised nutrition therapy and naturopathic treatment programs and services.
Your Initial Consultation is the first step along the path to better health and wellbeing. Please note that changes can take time and perseverance, but the rewards will be real and lasting. Annette will be able to support you via phone and email between appointments if you need help along the way.
When arranging your initial appointment you will be asked to book in for either a Dietetic Consultation or Naturopathic Consultation. If you're not sure, simply let us know and we can discuss this with you.
Please note that Medicare provides rebates only for dietetic services provided under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan or an Eating Disorders Management Plan. Your GP can determine your eligibility. (Naturopathic services aren't available under Medicare.)
If you're interested in a holistic treatment approach, functional health testing, and nutritional or herbal supplements, then a naturopathic consultation is most suitable for you.
Nutritionpath is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected and adopts the Australian Privacy Principles contained in the Privacy Act 1988.
