An annual program to give you monthly Reviews and regular online support all year. We work together to manage complex health needs and to support your total wellbeing. 4 quarterly payments of $248.75.
Chronic Condition Management Plan under Medicare
Rebate applies
If you have a long term condition that involves multiple health practitioners you may be eligible for a Chronic Condition Management Plan which provides access to Medicare rebates for some dietitian services. Please consult with your GP who will be able to determine your eligibility.
Please note that we are not a bulk billing service. After your consultation we can process your Medicare claim on your behalf or you can submit your claim directly via Medicare online.
Diet Analysis (standalone)
A$85 to $195
If you're looking for a close-up view of your diet we can perform a detailed analysis of your food diary to identify specific nutrient gaps. This can also include a supplement review.
This is ideal for treating nutritional deficiencies which could be due to a range of dietary as well as health and medical issues.

Personalised Meal Plan (standalone)
A$115 to $195
We can develop a weekly meal plan specifically tailored to your medical or nutritional needs, lifestyle, and food preferences. This will include recipes and a shopping list to make meal planning and preparing so much easier!
