The basis for osteoporosis begins early in life. We typically reach our peak bone mass in our 20's and from there we need to actively maintain that bone mass until our 50's when bone breakdown is likely to outpace bone formation.

The total cost of the 6 Step Healthy Bones nutrition program is $570.00 which is payable in 3 installments of $190.00.
During the program you may find yourself doing online questionnaires, health tests, keeping a food journal, exploring new foods and recipes, trying new meal plans, and possibly introducing dietary supplements.
All our recommendations will be based on your personal needs, so we'll need to know a little about the foods you prefer, your lifestyle, and your medical or health requirements.
If you're not sure about having the time for the program or you have holidays planned, don't worry, the 6 Step Strong Healthy Bones Program can be done at your own pace and suspended or discontinued at any time.
