Live Life Well

Making healthy happen

When life gets in the way, and plans get off track, it can be easy to let your health slip further and further down your 'to do' list.  That's where we can help.

You may have just been diagnosed with a health condition, been living with it for years, or perhaps you simply feel unwell and have low energy after a period of stress.

We help you to take the steps from understanding your health problems, to implementing practical solutions so you can live life well.

What to Expect

Your Initial Consultation is the first step along the path to better health and wellbeing. Please note that changes can take time and perseverance, but the rewards will be real and lasting. Annette will be able to support you in person (Sydney) and via phone and email between appointments if you need help along the way.

Not Just An Appointment

Why Multiple Appointments Are Essential for Success

We understand that making changes to your diet and health can feel like 'a lot'. That’s why our approach isn’t just about giving you information and sending you on your way - it’s about working together to achieve long-term results through a staged process tailored to your needs.

Unlike a single visit to a medical specialist, nutritional and naturopathic care works best as an ongoing partnership to guide you through your health journey. Here’s why follow-up appointments are so important:

  1. Building a Plan That Works for You
Your initial consultation is just the starting point. In this session, we gather the necessary information about your health, life situation, and goals. However, the true value lies in reviewing your progress, troubleshooting challenges, and fine-tuning your plan over time.

  2. Staged Progress
Major health improvements rarely happen overnight. They’re achieved through small steps and changes that build on each other. Each follow-up is designed to help you progress to the next stage of your journey, whether it’s adding new strategies, overcoming barriers, or celebrating your wins.

  3. Accountability and Motivation
Regular appointments help you stay on track and remain motivated. They also allow us to address any questions or concerns as they arise, so you don't feel stuck or unsure.  Which means it's really important to come when you haven't achieved your goals or made the changes that you had hoped for.

  4. Adapting to Your Needs
Your body, lifestyle, and circumstances can change. Follow-up consultations allow us to adapt your plan as needed, so it continues to align with your goals and optimise your results.

  5. Comprehensive Support
Unlike a one-time consultation, ongoing care allows us to provide you with the tools and encouragement needed to make sustainable changes that last.  That's why at Nutritionpath we are available between appointments via email or quick check-in calls.

We want to empower you to live your healthiest life - but this requires more than one appointment. Think of it as a journey rather than a quick fix. Together, we can make progress at a pace that works for you, so your success is achievable and lasting.

Integrative Health

When arranging your initial appointment you will be asked to book in for either a Dietetic Consultation or Naturopathic Consultation.  If you're not sure, simply let us know and we can discuss this with you.

Please note that Medicare provides rebates only for dietetic services provided under a Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plan or an Eating Disorders Management Plan. Your GP can determine your eligibility.  (Naturopathic services aren't available under Medicare.)

If you're interested in a holistic treatment approach, functional health testing, and nutritional or herbal supplements, then a naturopathic consultation is most suitable for you.
